Getting started
Sanad brings every support channel into one inbox, puts support inside your app, and opens the conversation itself when an error hits one of your users.
1. Get an account
Sign up from the pricing page: pick a plan, create your account and your organisation in one step, and confirm the plan. You land in the app, signed in.
2. Add a support app
Open Support apps and add one for each app that embeds support. Set how it looks (the team’s
name users see, colours, a logo), and, for the web, the origins it may run on. Then issue a
publishable key (pk_…): the app can’t reach support until it has one.
3. Add the SDK to your app
void main() {
AppSupport.configure(const AppSupportOptions(
appKey: 'pk_…',
apiUrl: 'https://<your support host>',
appVersion: '4.2.0',
));
runApp(const AppSupportScope(child: MyApp()));
}
// your own help button:
IconButton(icon: const Icon(Icons.help_outline), onPressed: () => AppSupport.open(context));
There are guides for Flutter, Android and the web.
4. Write help articles
Add articles in Help articles. The in-app assistant answers from them first, names the ones it used, and hands the rest to your team. It stays off until the app has an article. The same screen lists what people asked that no article covered yet.
5. Answer in the inbox
Every conversation lands in Support, from the app, the web, email, WhatsApp, Telegram and call-back requests. Each reply goes back the way the conversation came.
