Questions
Which platforms does the in-app SDK support?
Flutter, native Android (Views and Compose) and the web. All three behave the same way.
Does the screenshot capture anything private?
The user sees the screenshot before sending, can hide any part (burned into the pixels) or remove it. Parts you mark as private, password fields and embedded web or map views are blacked out before the user even sees the preview. The image is never written to disk.
Will the SDK open by itself?
Never. It opens only from your own button, and never throws into your app. A message from your team (a proactive conversation) shows as a small banner that doesn’t block the screen.
Can the assistant make things up?
It answers only from your help articles, names the ones it used, and says so when it can’t answer. “Talk to a person” stays under every answer.
What happens when the user is offline?
The message (text only) waits on the device, at most 5 messages for up to 3 days, and is sent when the app is back. The form tells the user it will go without the screenshot.
Which channels can I connect?
WhatsApp, Telegram and inbound email, besides the in-app SDK, the web widget and call-backs. See pricing for what each plan includes.
